1. Competition open to all UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and RoI residents aged 16 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Reebok, its agents and anyone professionally connected with the competition
2. Those entrants under 18 years old must have parental or guardian permission. Winners under 18 years old must produce written parental or guardian permission on claiming their prize
3. The competition starts on 17/04/08 and closes at midnight on 14/07/08
4. The competition can only be entered through www.jjbwishyoucould.co.uk
5. To qualify for entry consumers must purchase a Reebok product within JJB stores or online during the promotional period. As proof of purchase, consumers must enter their till receipt code when prompted
6. To enter the competition, consumers must complete all entry fields and state in no more than 700 characters ‘what their sporting wish is and why?’. Entrants are required to demonstrate aptness (appropriateness to the Reebok brand) and originality (thought provoking, expression of individuality through Reeboks YOUR MOVE campaign)
7. Reebok, its agent and an independent person will judge the competition. Winners will be selected based on meeting the competition criteria. The judging panel’s decision is final and that of the promoter will be final with regard to all other promotional matters. No correspondence will be entered into
8. The prize fund consists of x4 entrants sporting wishes made a reality. These prizes will be individually tailored to the winner’s requirements but cannot exceed a total cost to the promoter of £5000 each. No more than one prize will be awarded to any household
9. For proof of purchase, all winners must present their receipt upon claiming their prize
10. Due to the physical and sporting nature of the prizes, winners will be required to be in good health and be physically able to fulfil their sporting wish. The winner is solely responsible for seeking medical advice and ensuring that they have health insurance and it covers their sporting wish. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Reebok accepts no responsibility for loss or injury as a result of the acceptance of any prize
11. Where the prize involves the winner travelling, the winner (and their companion(s) if applicable) may be required to hold a valid passport and/or other necessary travel documentation and visas. Where the prize involves travel on a date and/or destination to be chosen by the winner, the date and/or destination chosen is subject to availability (trips cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year, Easter or Bank Holidays) and Reebok reserves the right to include a final date by which the prize must be taken. The winner is responsible for all insurance, costs, expenses and charges not specified at the time of prize selection. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer or supplier
12. Reebok and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details beyond Reebok control and for any act or default of any travel company, airline, hotel or any other third party supplier but will make every reasonable effort to mitigate the effect of such an occurrence
13. Winners will be notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date
14. No cash or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to award similar prizes of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, the prizes will only be awarded to the winners
15. By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions
16. The names and counties of winners and details of their winning entries will be made available upon request to those enclosing a stamped addressed envelope to Reebok’s Your Move Competition Winners, 2 Mount Street, Manchester, M2 5EQ
17. Prize winners will be required to take part in publicity
18. We, Reebok will use information which you provide or which we obtain from our dealings with you, to administer the promotion. We may also use it to tell you about our products and offers, and for market research including analysis and development of our products and customer relationships. If you wish for Reebok to use your information for its marketing, then please indicate this by ticking the 1st opt in box when promoted on entry − we will not share your information with other organisations for marketing.
